RS were approached by a new client from a recommendation of an existing commercial customer, seeking a quotation to relandscape 600m2 of unused space. The school were looking to resurface the area using artificial grass to match the specification of an adjacent area. RS were extremely excited to work with a new client and get the project underway.

One of our existing clients expressed an interest in outdoor gym equipment, they had completed their own research and found the item they would like to be installed. We were familiar with the supplier and eager to get the project underway. Elements of the works included;

Commercial Services: Secondary School, Greater Manchester
Our ongoing client was exploring possibilities for the development of a new asphalt playground. This project had been under consideration for approximately 12 months, involving precise planning and unwavering dedication. The project included the establishment of a new 340m2 playground, the construction of a new footpath, and the implementation of a new access ramp and handrail system. The works commenced during the school term, therefore to minimise disruptions to the school RS installed a temporary road system which routed access for the transportation of machinery, materials and equipment to the area of works via an external carpark and across the school playing field. Elements of the project included;

Small Works & Reactive Maintenance: Primary School, Greater Manchester
This client requested a quotation to reinstate areas which had been worked on by a previous contractor. The previous contractor had supplied and installed several pieces of play equipment, but the surrounding areas were left untidy and a trip hazard for students. Working with the client we provided a quotation to reinstate the areas whilst also working to an extremely tight deadline. Elements of this job consisted of;
Specialist Cleaning: Childrens Centre, Greater Manchester
Our client required some external surface cleaning to their existing wet pour safety surface. The area had a build-up of vegetation and moss and as you will see from the before and after images the clean definitely gave the area a fresh new look.

Small Works & Reactive Maintenance: Primary School, Greater Manchester
Our client required a number of separate elements to replace & repair existing structures on site. Works included;

Our client was looking to complete a number of repairs to improve their external appearance and remove some hazards around site. Working with the clients requirements and budgets we were able to offer a number of different options and complete the following works;
APRIL 2023
Reactive Maintenance: Hotel, Greater Manchester
One of our current contracts required reactive repairs on existing paved and kerbed areas to remove a number of trip hazards. Again to ensure minimum disruption to our clients business we were able to process a quotation the same day, and once approved the team attended site to complete the works at the earliest convienece to the client.
Commercial Services: Industrial Unit, Lancashire
This project required the installation of a new concrete ramp leading to new build units. RS completed all works from planning, through construction to job completion.

Commercial services & play equipment: Secondary School, Greater Manchester
Our client was looking to transform and utilise their outdoor space to create a fun and friendly environment for their students. Working with the client and incorporating their ideas the project consisted of the following elements;
Reactive Maintenance: Commercial Property, Greater Manchester
A reactive repair was required on a workshopfloor to remove a number of trip hazards. To ensure minimum disruption to ourclients business a quotation was processed and we worked with the clients schedule to ensure works would be carried out at the next available opportunity.
